• WhatsApp when a customer chooses to contact us through that service.
• Tyre suppliers or service providers where limited vehicle or tyre information is necessary to source or provide the requested service.
• Accountants, insurers, legal advisers, regulators or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Providers only receive information reasonably necessary for their role.

Formspree, WhatsApp and other service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the transfer uses legally recognised protections where required.

7. How long we keep information

• Unsuccessful quote requests and general enquiries will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last contact.
• Records connected with completed services, transactions, accounting, tax, disputes or legal obligations may be retained for up to six years or longer where the law requires it.
• Information will be securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
